Dr. Lorie Miller Stevens is a native of Sylvester, Georgia. A loving wife to Britt Stevens and proud mother of their two daughters, Leandra and Breland, she graduated from the Albany Junior College Dental Hygiene program in 1982 and transferred to the University of Georgia. She is a 1988 graduate of the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry and was a general practice resident at MCG. She also won the Clinician’s Award of her MCG class. Dr. Stevens has been a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association since 1988.
She practiced in a group practice in Augusta and managed a large clinic facility in Albany before opening her own practice in Gainesville in June 1991. She has completed the five-year program required to obtain her mastership in the American Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Stevens is a member of the American Dental Association and the Georgia and Hall County Dental Societies, the American Orthodontic Society and the Greater Hall County Chamber of Commerce.
